I’m a California native turned fractional recruiting consultant with a knack for connecting companies with the talent they need most. After running my own gourmet baking business, I shifted into technical recruiting during the dot-com boom—landing my first role as Coors Brewing Company’s first technical recruiter. Since then, I’ve built a career leading and scaling recruiting efforts for companies like LucasArts, Telltale Games, Pocket Gems, and Wikimedia, where I managed a team of six and drove initiatives in process improvement, diversity hiring, and recruiting for niche roles. 

Today, I partner with private equity–backed and high-growth companies to fill hard-to-hire roles across finance, tech, HR, business development, marketing and executive leadership. When I’m not recruiting, you’ll find me cooking for family and friends or out on the trails biking, running, or hiking.
